Approximately 2 miles from Ellesmere, you will go up a long steep hill with a golf course on the left. At the top of the hill it becomes a 40 mph speed limit and you will enter Welsh Frankton.
As the hill starts to drop back down, you will see a church on the right-hand side. At the far end of the church, take the left turn signposted Lower Frankton.
Follow the road down from Welsh Frankton, after about ¾ mile you will see a house on the right (Bee Villa), follow the road round to the right beside Bee Villa (do not take the road that goes straight ahead).
After the Hump-back bridge it is about 400yds on the right. It is the only house on that side that is actually right on the road, rather than set-back.
