Yew Tree House Bed and Breakfast, Shropshire B&B at it's best 

The old shippon at Yew Tree House Bed and Breakfast has been beautifully converted to a very high standard into two stylish, self-contained bed and breakfast rooms with en-suite facilities, each with their own entrance and terrace with seating area. 

These are contemporary, almost hotel-like spaces, light and airy with vaulted ceilings, roof windows and matching furniture of a highly functional modern design. All the lighting is dimmable so you can set the mood from romantic to functional. Floors are bamboo with modern rugs and art peppers the walls.

Each room has superbly comfortable beds with crisp cotton bedding and the best duvets and pillows (all hypo-allergenic). The Red Room has a king-size bed with a Memory Foam mattress for a gloriously comfortable night's sleep, while the Blue Room can be configured as two single beds or one super-king with hugely comfortable pocket-sprung deep mattresses. The en-suite shower rooms are bang up to date with everything you need including complimentary toiletries. 

You will find an excellent selection of refreshments and complimentary mineral water. Both rooms have central heating on-demand - so no freezing in the early hours, flat screen televisions with a built-in DVD/CD player, magazines, hair dryer, free internet Wi-Fi access and those extra little touches that set Yew Tree House Bed and Breakfast apart from the rest. 


Artworks  
Artworks in the rooms are provided by some of the best contemporary artists in the region and are constantly changing. All are available for sale so if you like a picture in your room, you can take it home with you. 
 

Breakfast  
Breakfast is served in the main house accessed from the garden. Only the finest ingredients are used for our breakfasts, all sourced locally. We bake our own bread, the free range eggs are from our neighbour's chickens, sausages and black pudding are hand-made locally and the dry-cured bacon is from free range pigs reared nearby. Jo is a very keen jam and preserves maker and provides a wonderful selection of her own home-made jams and marmalade. 

Choice of traditional, continental or vegetarian breakfast. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.
